Research Integrity Policy
Due to the specific nature of our materials and to maintain strict quality control standards, all sales are final. Once a product has left our controlled environment, we cannot accept returns, as we cannot guarantee the stability or purity of the material for future use.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item:
- Contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the unopened packaging and the issue.
- Upon verification, Helioynx will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are only permitted if requested before the 48-hour processing window has begun. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.
