Processing Time

All orders are subject to a 48-hour processing period before shipment. Please note that processing occurs during our standard operating hours (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST).

Shipping Schedule

Helioynx ships exclusively from Monday through Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be queued for processing on the following business day.

We understand the nature of your work. All research materials are shipped in secure, neutral packaging to ensure privacy and the integrity of the contents from our facility to your laboratory.

Tracking & Notifications

Upon shipment, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided. While we strive for precision in delivery times, Helioynx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance.
